AI-Assisted Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Assisted Full Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. The role focuses on building and maintaining enterprise‑grade API connectors, data‑normalisation layers and modern web dashboards while leveraging AI‑powered coding assistants to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain RESTful API connectors for systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle and AWS.
• Use AI‑assisted tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, etc.) to generate clean, efficient code.
• Design and implement a normalization layer that maps identity and entitlement data into a unified schema.
• Build automation for data synchronization, delta detection and versioning using PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
• Create and maintain modern web applications and dashboards with Next.js and React for connector health monitoring and administrative workflows.
• Implement secure, read‑only authentication methods (OAuth2, SCIM, API keys) and ensure compliance with data‑protection requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and QA teams to meet defined milestones.
• Maintain detailed documentation, reusable code and version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in Python and/or Node.js, with hands‑on experience in both being a plus.
• Proven experience building full‑stack applications using Next.js and React, including server‑side rendering.
• Familiarity with US‑based work hours and remote collaboration.
