About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Expert to embed AI tools into our law firm’s daily workflows. The role focuses on streamlining processes, automating reporting, and uncovering cost‑saving opportunities through intelligent integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI‑powered assistants.
• Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation.
• Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365.
• Integrate accounting platforms for financial analysis and reporting.
• Explore SmartAdvocate integrations for case lookups.
• Build automated reports, dashboards, and AI‑driven expense‑reduction solutions.
• Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential client information.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying AI automations in real‑world business environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, messaging platforms, and financial systems.
