AI / LLM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI / LLM Engineer to design, build, and ship LLM‑powered features for Pakistan’s leading health platform and our new wellness brand, Fit by oladoc. This is a production‑focused role where you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI services used by millions of patients and thousands of doctors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLM‑driven functionalities such as medical Q&A, symptom triage, document parsing, and clinical note summarisation.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines over structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Implement production‑grade prompt engineering with versioning, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, latency, reliability, and output quality.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing product workflows via APIs and internal AI tools for operations, sales, and clinical teams.

Required profile

• BS/BE in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying at least one LLM‑based solution.
• Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, production‑ready code.
• Self‑sufficient, builder mindset with ownership from development through deployment.
