AI Model Training & Data Annotation Trainee (Intern)

About the role

Closet London is hiring a full-time, hybrid AI Model Training & Data Annotation Associate (trainee / intern) for its technology team. The role supports the preparation of datasets, testing of prompts and training of modern AI and machine learning models. Full training on proprietary workflows, prompt engineering and dataset annotation is provided from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, tag and structure raw text, image or video datasets for machine learning pipelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, formatting compliance and clarity.
• Run supervised fine-tuning prompts and document model performance logs.
• Assist team leads in testing model responses and flagging anomalies.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry-level candidate (0 - 1 year experience).
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Good command of written English and comfort with technology tools.
• Background in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or a related field is an advantage, but any tech-savvy fresher is welcome.
