AI-Powered Creative Designer

About the role

The employer is looking for an innovative, highly skilled AI Designer who combines strong design judgment with effective use of artificial intelligence to create high-quality, enterprise-grade visual and digital experiences. The role uses AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, accelerate production and deliver polished assets for websites, social media, podcasts, email marketing and other digital platforms. It is not a conventional graphic design role.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, refine and optimize design assets with AI tools, combining AI-generated content with professional design software and manual refinement.
• Create assets for web (graphics, landing pages, banners), social media (branded graphics, carousels, campaign visuals), podcasts and video (cover art, thumbnails, overlays) and email marketing (banners, newsletters).
• Produce marketing and sales collateral such as presentations, pitch decks, infographics and digital brochures, applying typography, composition, colour theory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams, present design options and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Automate repetitive tasks, build reusable prompts, templates and design systems, and ensure outputs are accurate, brand-safe and compliant with licensing.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, digital design or visual communication, with a strong portfolio across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and image-generation tools.
• Ability to turn AI-generated concepts into production-ready assets and to work independently, interpreting briefs and incorporating feedback.
• Preferred: experience with Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar AI tools, and experience designing for B2B clients, podcasts, email marketing and social media.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition and colour theory.
• Responsive design awareness and knowledge of platform specifications.
