Technical Team Lead - MERN Stack

About the role

Consultancy Outfit is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Lead in Lahore. The role covers back-end, front-end and full-stack software development, including CSS and MERN stack projects. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure the team follows best practices, including code reviews, testing and deployment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the development process.
• Conduct performance evaluations and give feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with other teams so software components integrate smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead.
• Experience leading and managing remote teams.
