AI SaaS Business Development Executive/Manager

About the role

Excels Tech Solutions LLC is seeking an AI SaaS Business Development Executive/Manager to drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion for US‑based clients. The role focuses on LinkedIn outreach, consultative selling, and guiding prospects from proof‑of‑concept to minimum viable product.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Claude Connect.
• Build targeted prospect lists of decision‑makers, founders, CTOs, product managers, and business heads in the USA.
• Execute structured outreach campaigns (connections, follow‑ups, value‑based messaging) to secure qualified meetings.
• Understand client needs and position Excels Tech’s AI services (PoC, MVP, automation, AI integration, custom model development, LLM solutions).
• Support pre‑sales discovery, coordinate internal teams, and shape proposals and solution scopes.
• Develop and manage customer journeys from awareness through closing and handover.
• Maintain accurate records in the AI CRM and sales tracker, tracking lead status, pipeline value, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product, and management to ensure realistic commitments and smooth handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work with structured systems such as CRM tools, outreach cadences, and reporting spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated experience nurturing leads, managing follow‑ups, and building long‑term prospect relationships.
• Willingness to work the shift of 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Pakistan Time consistently.
