AI Solution Architect (Banking Domain)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise‑grade AI solutions for the banking sector. You will translate complex banking requirements into secure, scalable architectures that integrate with core banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise‑grade AI solution architectures.
• Translate complex banking business requirements into technical solution blueprints.
• Integrate AI platforms with core banking systems, APIs, and enterprise databases.
• Evaluate and implement large language models, vector databases, and machine‑learning platforms.
• Build high‑performance, highly available AI systems with enterprise scalability.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, data privacy, and risk‑management frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology leaders throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, with at least 3 years designing AI solutions for banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end solution design while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
