AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to translate business challenges into practical, end‑to‑end AI solutions. The role combines deep data‑science expertise with enterprise architecture skills to design, deliver, and govern AI systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solutioning for Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI automation use cases.
• Design comprehensive AI architectures covering data sources, pipelines, models, APIs, integrations, application components, security, governance, monitoring and deployment.
• Collaborate with AI, Cloud, Software Engineering, Integration and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.
• Guide delivery teams through project initiation, design, build, testing, deployment and hand‑over phases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technology, data science and AI.
• Hands‑on experience in data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, API creation, deployment and production monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML use cases such as churn, segmentation, forecasting, recommendation, fraud detection, anomaly detection, risk scoring and optimization.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, agents, tool calling, guardrails, evaluation and LLMOps.
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security and monitoring layers.
• Ability to produce technical proposals, RFP responses, architecture diagrams, scope documents and effort estimates.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills for engaging business, technical and executive stakeholders.
