AI/ML & Data Engineer - Solutions & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML & Data Engineer who can combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to engage clients, design solutions, and drive opportunities to successful project closure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and data engineering solutions.
• Build data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and present technical proposals.
• Lead discovery calls, demos, POCs, and prepare SOWs and project estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and delivery teams to close new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven experience in client‑facing, solution selling environments.
