AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design and develop intelligent AI agents and AI‑powered chatbots that serve enterprise applications and client solutions. The role focuses on creating systems that understand user queries, retrieve business data, provide insights, automate workflows and support users across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for enterprise environments.
• Build chatbots that can interpret natural language and interact with business data sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing ERP, CRM and workflow automation platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production‑ready AI services.
• Maintain and improve AI models to ensure accuracy and performance.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site position based in Lahore, Pakistan.
• Morning shift work schedule.
