AI/ML Engineer

About the role

The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for client solutions and internal products at Skal.

Key responsibilities

• Research and implement algorithms, building and training neural network models.
• Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into web and app platforms.
• Ensure robust production pipelines, document models, experiments, and results.
• Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms and data structures.
• Hands‑on experience with neural networks and pattern recognition for real‑world applications.
• Proficiency in statistics and quantitative analysis for model evaluation.
• Practical programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
