Airbnb Co-Host & Property Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

CoVenture Pro is a short-term rental property management company supporting Airbnb and vacation-rental properties. It is looking for a remote, full-time Airbnb Co-Host and Property Operations Specialist working 8 pm to 4 am Pakistan Standard Time. The role is not a basic data-entry or general virtual assistant position; it requires excellent English, strong computer skills and the ability to handle many guest and property situations at once.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to Airbnb and other OTA guest messages and handle guest questions before, during and after stays
• Manage check-in and checkout communication, access and smart-lock issues, and early/late checkout requests
• Coordinate cleaners and confirm property turnovers, and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Monitor upcoming reservations, follow up on unresolved issues and escalate urgent matters
• Update internal notes, calendars and property information, and help with guest complaints and reviews
• Communicate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance teams and internal staff, and follow company SOPs

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English, clear, grammatically strong and natural, with a willingness to take written and spoken English assessments
• Ability to type quickly, switch between apps and browser tabs, and handle several conversations at once
• Independent problem-solving: assessing urgency, what is needed and whether management must be involved
• Reliable remote setup: laptop or desktop with at least 8 GB RAM, SSD preferred, stable primary and backup internet, smartphone, quiet workspace and headset
• Preferred: experience in Airbnb, short-term rentals, property management, hospitality or customer support, and familiarity with Booking.com, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway, Smoobu, Lodgify, PriceLabs or Turno

What we offer

• 15-day initial training paid at PKR 20,000
• Probation of up to 2 months at PKR 30,000 per month
• Confirmed salary of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month depending on performance
