About the role

A full-time Real Estate Investment Advisor position based in Peshawar, advertised by Agency21 International on behalf of Imarat Group of Companies. The role centres on generating leads, managing client relationships and selling real estate investments.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify real estate investment leads.
Develop and manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
Conduct property presentations and investment consultations.
Handle follow-ups, negotiations and real estate sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate client and lead records through the CRM.

Required profile

Strong communication, sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Interest in real estate investment and property sales.
Previous experience in real estate, sales, banking or business development is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
