Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist

About the role

The Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist will manage and optimise wholesale operations within Amazon’s Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) ecosystem. Working remotely, you will source suppliers, create listings, and ensure smooth inventory flow to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate wholesale suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centres.
• Analyse product profitability, track sales performance, and implement strategies to improve rankings, margins and overall revenue.
• Monitor account health, review KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams on reporting, forecasting and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA workflows and wholesale operations.
• Strong analytical ability for pricing strategy, margin analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear documentation and reporting.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple products, suppliers and deadlines independently.
