Amazon Virtual Assistant

About the role

The Amazon Virtual Assistant will join our on‑site team in Arifwala to provide day‑to‑day operational support for sellers on Amazon. You will help maintain high‑quality product listings, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth order processing while collaborating closely with colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise product titles, descriptions and keywords on Amazon.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate fulfillment activities.
• Assist with order processing, shipment tracking and customer communication.
• Conduct basic market and keyword research to improve product visibility.
• Track product performance metrics and support advertising or promotional campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Follow established procedures, deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using online platforms, e‑commerce dashboards and communication tools.
• Basic research and analytical skills to review performance data.
• Ability to learn and adhere to Amazon policies and operational procedures.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Three‑year diploma or comparable post‑secondary education preferred; prior freelancing or remote work experience is a plus.
