App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist to boost our mobile app visibility, increase organic downloads, and enhance conversion rates across major app stores. The role works closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure listings are fully optimized and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize app store listings, including titles, descriptions, screenshots, and creative assets.
• Improve rankings, visibility, and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Track and report performance metrics using Firebase, Google Analytics, and dedicated ASO tools.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to implement optimization recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ASO (approximately 2‑3 years).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
