App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist – Remote Growth Intern

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented ASO Specialist to improve organic rankings and downloads for our mobile apps. The position starts unpaid and transitions to a paid role once you consistently generate organic installs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end App Store Optimization for Google Play and Apple App Store listings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and target low‑competition, high‑intent terms.
• Optimize metadata including title, short description, long description, and keyword fields.
• Develop CRO strategies for app icons, screenshots, and feature graphics.
• Track, analyze, and report organic keyword rankings, impressions, and store conversion rates.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of core ASO fundamentals and store consoles (Google Play Console, App Store Connect).
• Data‑driven mindset with a strong drive to deliver organic growth.
• Strong written English skills for metadata drafting.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with keyword research tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or free alternatives.
• Familiarity with Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
