Appointment Setter - Cold Calling Lead Generator

About the role

An Australian business is hiring an appointment setter in Karachi to set up appointments for its sales team. The role is primarily appointment setting: you will make outbound calls, qualify prospects and book appointments, but you will not close the sale. The position is based at Ittehad Lane 1, DHA Phase 6, Karachi, with working hours from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day.
• Speak confidently with potential customers and generate interest.
• Engage customers in conversation and qualify opportunities where required.
• Book appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.

Required profile

• Extremely fluent in spoken and written English.
• Confident communicating with Australian customers; prior experience with Australian customers or businesses is a major advantage.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable handling rejection.
• Energetic, motivated and target-driven, able to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, telesales or appointment setting.
