Appointment Setter for US Campaign

About the role

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to drive our US outreach campaign. You will fill the calendar with qualified meetings and close deals when the opportunity arises, helping US brands, agencies, and creators get high‑performing video content.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based businesses, brands, and agencies.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls on the sales calendar.
• Follow up consistently to minimise no‑shows and drop‑offs.
• Step in to close deals directly when the moment is right.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet weekly KPIs (connects, booked meetings, show rate).
• Refine scripts and approaches to improve booking rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of appointment‑setting or outbound sales experience, preferably in the US market.
• Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings, not just dialing.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable closing when the opportunity arises.
• Availability to work US business hours (night shift).
• Bonus: experience selling creative, marketing, or agency services.
