Appointment Setter – Website Development (USA Campaign, Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to join our USA Website Development campaign. You will work night shifts from Lahore, contacting potential US clients and arranging meetings for our sales and web development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US businesses that may need website development or redesign.
• Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their specific needs.
• Schedule appointments with the internal sales/web development team.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow‑up records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing or sales.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence speaking with US clients.
• Motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently during night hours.
• Experience in website development sales is a plus.
