About the role
Nestlé Pakistan runs an Apprenticeship Program at its Port Qasim Factory in Karachi for people who want to build technical trade skills and gain hands-on experience. Selected apprentices receive trade-specific training and practical exposure, with real responsibilities from day one and support from experienced teams. The program covers three trades: Lab Analyst, Process Operator and Technician.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Matriculation with science subjects.
- Maximum age of 25 years at joining.
- Preference may be given to candidates with a technical-trade background.
Program details
- Duration: 3 years for each trade.
- Applicants apply online, then attend an on-site test on the date communicated by the recruitment team.
- Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview; selected candidates are informed about their placement, assigned factory and required documents.
