Arabic Teacher (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Arabic Teacher will deliver engaging, structured Arabic language lessons to learners in Bahawalpur on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role includes teaching reading, writing, listening and speaking skills and, when required by the curriculum, integrating relevant aspects of Islamic Studies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement lesson plans that meet defined learning outcomes.
• Teach Arabic language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) to learners of varying proficiency levels.
• Integrate Islamic Studies content where it aligns with the curriculum.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain attendance and performance records.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learner needs and proficiency levels.
• Collaborate with other staff to align teaching materials with NexSkill’s skill‑development approach.
• Support co‑curricular activities and foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Arabic language teaching and proven teaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of Islamic Studies sufficient to incorporate cultural and religious context when required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience designing outcome‑focused lesson plans and assessments.
• Relevant academic background in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.
• Prior experience teaching Arabic to secondary, tertiary or adult learners.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
