Architect – Civil Execution (On‑site)

About the role

The Architect (Civil / Execution) will lead architectural and civil execution activities for on‑site projects in Rawalpindi. This full‑time position involves translating design concepts into buildable plans, supervising construction, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and finalize architectural drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and contractor teams to align design intent.
• Supervise on‑site activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate materials, construction methods, and ensure quality control.
• Prepare regular project status reports and manage risks proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in on‑site architectural execution or civil construction projects, preferably commercial or residential.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards and construction best practices.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
