Area Sales Manager – Logistics (Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth within the logistics sector in Pakistan. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present client proposals aligned with their business needs.
• Report business development performance to senior management regularly.
• Own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in courier and logistics with a strong B2B sales background.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
