Area Sales Manager – Multan & Surrounding Regions

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will drive the regional sales strategy for Bite Bread across Multan and several surrounding districts. Reporting to senior leadership, the ASM will lead a team of ten sales professionals to achieve growth targets and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet regional targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 sales staff, providing training and performance evaluation.
• Identify business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and territory assessments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee territory operations, ensuring optimal product distribution and availability.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with sales goals.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
• Drive business development by exploring new markets and expanding the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably in a similar regional role.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales forecasting and revenue generation.
