Area Sales Manager – Outdoor Field Executives

About the role

The Area Sales Manager (Outdoor Executors) will lead field‑based sales activities for ArzaayPak’s real‑estate projects in Faisalabad and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on meeting prospective investors face‑to‑face, presenting project details, and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit targeted neighborhoods and conduct in‑person meetings with potential investors.
• Present project specifications, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Coordinate outdoor marketing initiatives, including events, local campaigns, and community outreach.
• Maintain and update a sales pipeline, preparing basic reports on client interactions and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align field activities with overall strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project offerings to support effective field execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, outdoor marketing, or real‑estate sales within a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on client availability.
• Comfortable with extensive on‑site work in Faisalabad and nearby regions.
• Minimum intermediate/college education; higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
