Assistant Manager - Real Estate Sales

About the role

Jagiir.com, a real estate marketing and sales company, is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager in Faisalabad to support its real estate sales and marketing operations. The role involves reaching out to potential clients and investors, managing client meetings and site visits, and helping turn prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and investors
• Schedule and run client meetings to understand their property investment needs
• Arrange and manage property site visits for prospective customers
• Perform on-site duties at the Satyana Road project in Faisalabad
• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships and convert prospects into sales
• Support sales and marketing activities to meet assigned targets
• Maintain professional communication with clients and give accurate project information
• Coordinate with the management team to keep sales operations smooth

Required profile

• Must be a resident of Faisalabad
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in cold calling, client meetings and sales presentations
• Willingness to work on-site at the Satyana Road project
• Proactive, target-oriented and professional attitude
• Previous experience in real estate sales, customer dealing or business development preferred

Required skills

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage
