Area Sales Manager – Sukkur

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales growth for Unique Batteries in the Sukkur territory. You will be responsible for expanding market share, managing distributors and dealers, and guiding a local sales team to achieve company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration.
• Drive volume growth while maintaining healthy margins.
• Appoint, develop and manage distributors, dealers and retailers, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Monitor distributor investments, profitability and ROI, and resolve supply or pricing issues.
• Conduct regular distributor business reviews.
• Lead, coach and motivate Sales Officers and Representatives, including field visits for performance improvement.
• Identify training needs and build sales capability.
• Execute trade promotions and visibility campaigns, monitoring product freshness or stock rotation.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and collect customer feedback.
