ASO Executive - User Acquisition (Mobile Gaming)

About the role

Apex Logics is looking for an experienced, results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join its growing mobile gaming team. The role covers planning, running and optimising user acquisition campaigns to drive high-quality installs, improve ROAS and scale mobile games across global markets. The position is based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi and requires 2-3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run user acquisition strategies for mobile games
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin and other ad networks
• Monitor and optimise CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention and LTV
• Scale profitable campaigns and track competitor activity and market trends
• Work with creative, product, game development and analytics teams, and run creative testing
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or mobile app/game marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps or games
• Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Firebase
• Ability to work independently and manage several campaigns at once
