Assistant Brand Manager - Marketing & PR

About the role

Stylo (Private) Limited is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager for its head office in Lahore. The role supports the company's brand development and marketing initiatives by working with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand visibility, run public relations activities and improve customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Collaborate with the internal team to design and run promotional campaigns and co-branding initiatives.
• Help manage relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors so they align with brand objectives.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and promotions.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across channels to engage customers.
• Help organise and take part in events, product launches and trade shows.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to budgets, timelines and project plans to control costs and ensure campaign success.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
• Assist with digital marketing, including social media presence and online advertising.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing and public relations.
