Assistant HR Business Partner & Work Travel Services Manager

About the role

Flora Food Group is looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner who will also manage Work Travel Services (WTS) for its South & Central Asia hub in Karachi. Reporting to the Regional HR Lead, you will help drive people strategy, performance management and operational excellence across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of HR strategy, performance improvement initiatives and annual appraisal cycles.
• Lead change‑management projects in partnership with senior leadership.
• Use HR analytics to produce insights, monitor KPIs such as engagement, retention and productivity, and develop action plans.
• Oversee monthly payroll inputs and medical insurance administration.
• Ensure HR compliance and address talent‑related queries to support career development.
• Manage office facilities, fleet operations and vendor relationships, ensuring cost‑effective planning, maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with budget management, purchase orders and vendor invoicing.
• Provide training on WTS processes, supervise third‑party services and maintain asset schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR combined with work travel services or facilities management.
• Solid knowledge of labour laws and strong communication, leadership and business acumen.
• Experience working in matrix organisations; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
