Assistant Manager - Client Services

About the role

As an Assistant Manager (SV-11) at Savvital, you will own a full client portfolio while leading a cluster of Lead Associates, Senior Associates, and Associates. You act as the strategic bridge between client services and senior management, turning operational insights into retention plans and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned client accounts, delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Build trusted partnerships by understanding client business goals, workflows, and industry priorities.
• Anticipate operational risks, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve issues before they affect service.
• Lead, mentor, and coach cluster members, setting performance standards and fostering accountability.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with team leads to monitor client health, workload balance, and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to flag at‑risk accounts, document retention strategies, and execute mitigation plans.
• Maintain visibility of account risk levels and keep senior management informed of critical decisions.
• Represent Savvital in senior client meetings and check‑ins.
