Assistant Manager Corporate Sales

About the role

Interwood Mobel is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to strengthen our corporate sales function. You will play a key role in building relationships with corporate clients and driving sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision‑makers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by presenting Interwood’s value proposition.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and project teams) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably within the furniture or interior industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Existing relationships with architects or builders are a plus.
