Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts

About the role

Innovative Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a certified automotive engineering company in Lahore, is looking for an Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts. The role supports accurate financial control and reporting across its manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities such as vouchers, ledgers, payables, receivables and bank transactions.
• Assist with month‑end closing, preparation of financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses and variances, highlighting issues for corrective action.
• Support audit preparation, tax documentation, compliance records and internal control reviews.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, stores and administration to verify financial data and documentation.
• Help improve accounting procedures, reporting accuracy and finance‑related controls within the manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and month‑end closing.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, cash‑flow updates and variance analysis.
• Practical understanding of audit support, taxation documentation, compliance and internal controls in Pakistan.
• Clear communication and coordination skills for working with production, procurement, stores and senior management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and financial data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
