Assistant Manager Finance

About the role

The Assistant Manager Finance will support Creative Chaos in maintaining the organization’s financial health. This role involves overseeing cash flow, profitability analysis, expense management, and delivering accurate financial information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic long‑term business plans in collaboration with the finance manager.
• Prepare periodic, quarterly and annual internal financial statements and support management meetings.
• Review and analyse financial statements and key performance metrics.
• Assist in consolidated financial reporting, journal entries and related deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision‑making.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects, cash forecasting and working‑capital monitoring.
• Support month‑end close, revenue recognition under ASC 606 and chart‑of‑accounts design.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA) – additional CPA, CFA or CMA a plus.
• 7‑8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a technology firm.
• Strong knowledge of taxation (corporate, withholding, sales, income) and regulatory compliance (SECP, SRB, FBR).
• Proven team‑management and communication skills.
• Experience handling accounts receivable, accounts payable and petty‑cash verification.
