Assistant Manager Finance

About the role

The Assistant Manager Finance will support the financial manager in overseeing the organization’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic, quarterly and annual internal financial statements and support management meetings.
• Assist with cash forecasting, month‑end closing, revenue recognition (ASC 606) and design of chart of accounts.
• Perform analysis, make recommendations and participate in consolidation and reporting discussions.
• Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects.
• Support decisions with financial analysis and participate in ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Preferably ACCA qualified; additional certifications such as CPA, CFA or CMA are a plus.
• 7‑8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliances (SECP, SRB, FBR) and US tax accounting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle and other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas.
