Assistant Manager – Information & Cost Control Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Information & Cost Control Services (ICCS) will support the Facilities Management Division in planning, budgeting, quality assurance, contracts, and financial performance. This position leads the ICCS complaint cell, drives process improvements, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to ensure service excellence and compliance across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual operational and capital budget planning, monitor monthly variance reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain divisional dashboards for maintenance operations and the deferred maintenance program.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits, coordinate continuous‑quality‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analyses and ensure Joint Commission International audit readiness.
• Conduct weekly facility inspections and oversee divisional KPIs and appraisal reports.
• Review and enhance divisional policies, procedures and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate contract reviews and renewals with PSCMD, Legal and Finance.
• Lead the ICCS computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and drive service‑improvement initiatives with IT and the HxGN EAM support partner.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans through the 4risk portal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MS Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail and passion for operational excellence in a healthcare environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS platforms (HxGN EAM preferred).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in data‑analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
