About the role
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration, leading to increased market share.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to strengthen online presence and foster customer engagement.
- Develop cohesive communication strategies across PR, digital, content, and social media.
- Apply segmentation and customer profiling techniques to maximise demand generation.
- Plan and manage Below-The-Line (BTL) activities such as events, promotions, product launches, and direct marketing.
- Track and analyse campaign performance data to make informed adjustments.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
- 3–4 years of experience with a proven track record of developing multi‑channel roadmaps.
- Deep empathy for the education market audience.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
