Assistant Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Starcrest Communications is looking for a commercially minded, strategic thinker who can spot business opportunities, understand market dynamics, develop growth strategies and build meaningful partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with confident communication, commercial thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, market trends and potential strategic partnerships.
• Develop business presentations, strategic proposals and opportunity assessments.
• Analyse business performance using Excel reports, dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Find ways to expand existing business, upsell services and increase account value.
• Turn business challenges into practical strategies and actionable solutions.
• Work with internal teams to align strategic objectives with execution and measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field; Master's preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Advertising, Digital Media or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strategic thinker who connects business objectives with opportunities and solutions.
• Confident communicator, able to present ideas persuasively.
• Commercially aware, understanding market dynamics and upselling opportunities.
• Solution-oriented, resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting and dashboards.
