Assistant MEP Engineer (Construction)

About the role

Grand City is seeking a motivated Assistant MEP Engineer to support the planning, execution, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across its development projects in Islamabad. The role offers a hands‑on environment where you will ensure installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and executing MEP works on site.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor site progress and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP installations and report deviations.
• Support testing, commissioning, and hand‑over of completed systems.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and material inspection records.
• Assist procurement by reviewing technical specifications of MEP materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in construction or real‑estate projects.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced site environment.
