Assistant Portfolio Manager – Biologicals & Seedcare

About the role

As an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Biologicals and Seedcare, you will support the commercial strategy and marketing execution of key Syngenta brands in Pakistan. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive product lifecycle, launch new solutions, and deliver market‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of Biologicals and Seedcare brands, developing positioning, communication campaigns and value propositions.
• Lead new product introduction planning, coordinating regulatory approval, supply readiness, training tools and launch events.
• Conduct field visits to gather farmer, retailer and sales insights, benchmark competitors and shape market‑gap campaigns.
• Design and execute integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns, creating TVCs, videos and grower stories.
• Prepare sales enablement materials, training decks and tools, and support field teams in product adoption.
• Liaise with global, regional and external agencies to localise best practices and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, marketing or agri‑inputs industry.
• Strong knowledge of crop‑protection products, pests and grower behavior.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and campaign development abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with presentation tools.
• Basic data analytics capabilities.
