Assistant Project Manager – Projects Development

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the development and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress against milestones, highlighting risks or delays.
• Support onboarding and coordination of contractors and consultants.
• Assist with negotiations, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project records and files.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Contribute to research and development of new materials and technical advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management or a related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project planning and vendor management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
