Project Coordinator – CEO Support (Construction)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work directly with the CEO on all construction initiatives. This role ensures projects are planned, executed, and monitored in line with client expectations and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects, aligning them with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize projects, set targets and allocate resources.
• Lead a team of five, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and fostering a productive environment.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and resource plans to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Use Microsoft Project and Excel for detailed scheduling, tracking, reporting and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and site teams, ensuring clear communication and swift issue resolution.
• Conduct quantity estimations, support site coordination and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the CEO and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum six years of proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple high‑level projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
