Assistant Sales Manager - Medical Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to drive medical equipment sales across Peshawar and the wider Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. The role focuses on B2B sales to public and private hospitals, managing government tenders and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities across public and private hospitals.
• Manage government tenders, including bid preparation, submissions, and follow‑ups.
• Build strong relationships with hospital management, procurement teams, and clinical decision‑makers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams for equipment delivery, installation, and payment collection.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostic imaging, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of hospital‑level sales and tender management, preferably under PPRA/KPPRA regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; Pashto is preferred.
• Established network in hospitals across Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
