About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive onshore business development, engage with potential clients, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities onshore.
- Meet with potential clients and negotiate deals.
- Prepare and sign contracts.
- Act as the communication channel between developers and clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding services and build lasting relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Background in software sales.
