Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support its sales team. The role involves managing sales processes, generating leads, and ensuring excellent client experiences across the property market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in day‑to‑day sales operations and team coordination.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through digital channels, referrals, and site visits.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
• Assist clients in property selection and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets and policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of all transactions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance reviews.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to meet performance standards.
• Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and property procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• High level of integrity and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
