Assistant Social Media Manager

About the role

HOMELO, a premium online furniture brand, is seeking a creative Assistant Social Media Manager to support its e‑commerce growth in Faisalabad. You will help design and publish engaging visual content, interact with the online community, and assist in promotional campaigns across Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and script social media posts, stories and short videos that showcase furniture collections.
• Schedule and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram and other company channels.
• Respond promptly to comments, direct messages and customer inquiries to maintain a premium experience.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, impressions and follower growth, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media for an e‑commerce or retail brand, or a strong creative portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Resides in Faisalabad and can work on‑site full‑time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and understanding of platform algorithms.
• Basic visual design ability using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
