Assistant Vice President – Technology (Self‑Service Channels)

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Technology will lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of the bank’s self‑service channels, including ATMs, cash‑deposit machines, kiosks and payment systems. Reporting to senior technology leadership, the role ensures these platforms remain available, secure, performant and compliant with regulatory requirements while driving transformation and enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end management of ATMs, cash‑deposit machines, kiosks and payment systems.
• Ensure platform availability, security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive technology transformation initiatives and system optimisation to improve customer experience.
• Lead project delivery, application enhancements and operational initiatives that support business growth.
• Mitigate operational risk and maintain uninterrupted banking services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in banking technology or similar environments.
• Strong track record of managing self‑service channel operations and large‑scale technology projects.
• Ability to balance operational stability with innovation and regulatory demands.
