Associate II - Talent & Development

About the role

PwC's Human Capital teams develop and implement long-term people strategies that align the firm's talent agenda with its business objectives. As an Associate II in Talent & Development, you will identify, develop and retain talent by designing and running initiatives that build capabilities, close skills gaps and improve the employee experience. You will work closely with business and Human Capital leaders to foster continuous learning and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the firm's Human Capital strategy across lines of service (talent, culture, engagement, performance, inclusion & diversity)
• Track progress of key initiatives through project trackers, action logs and summary dashboards, and conduct research and benchmarking on HC trends
• Prepare draft presentations, briefs and management updates
• Partner with HC, Brand and business teams so HC programs reflect PwC's values and employer brand
• Support people-focused campaigns (engagement, well-being, D&I, recognition, culture) and draft internal communications
• Help plan and run events such as inductions, career fairs and recognition events
• Assist with audit and compliance documentation for people processes and keep SOPs and HC process documentation up to date
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits to deliver people processes

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work with diverse stakeholders and deliver quality results with minimal supervision

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate); Illustrator, Canva or similar is a plus
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
• Research and analytical skills, including industry trend and benchmark research
• Basic data analysis and reporting (Excel, HC reports, MIS)
